DigiSakha Empowerment isn't just an organization; it is a mission. Whether you are a student, a tech professional, or an aspiring entrepreneur, volunteering with us means getting your hands dirty in the real world of Eswatini's economic development.

We do not believe in "busy work." We believe in active learning. When you volunteer with us, you are part of the team on the ground. You will gain experience that looks incredible on any CV:

• Field Operations: Learn how to verify businesses, manage data and document economic growth in the field.

• Data & Digital literacy: Gain hands-on experience with Google geospatial tools and learn how to translate complex digital data into actionable business results.

• Community Engagement: Work directly with local farmers, traders and entrepreneurs, building a professional network that across Eswatini.

We are looking for passionate individuals for the following roles:

• Field Data Ambassadors: The "boots on the ground" who assist in business verification, photography and data collection. You are the heartbeat of DigiBridge.

• Digital Literacy Coaches: Individuals who can help facilitate our workshops and teach rural community members how to use computers, basic software and internet for business and safety.

• Administrative & Outreach Support: Help us manage our NPO complience, draft reports for out partners and communicate our impact to the world.

We are a result-oriented social enterprise. We expect our volunteers to be:

• Reliable: We work on schedules and deadline. When you commit to a field day, we count on you.

• Proactive: We are innovators. We want volunteers who see a challenge and suggest a better way to solve it.

• Official Certicification: A certificate of service from DigiSakha Empowerment recognizing your contribution to the national digital infrastructure and development.

• Recommendation Letters: A personalized letter of recommendation for future employment or academic opportunities, backed by your tangible field results.

• Mentorship: Direct mentorship from our leadership on entrepreneurship, digital transformation and social impact management.
